Head and tail made on commission. Frankie is a client designed character. The eyes swap out using magnets to change the facial expression. The tail attaches either with webbing belt loops or strong rare earth magnets. The nose is tough urethane rubber backed with soft urethane foam. The red fur is Luxury Bear from Mendels. The whiskers are made out of tennis racquet string.
Snickers is an original design and character by Dragon Soup. This was their first attempt at hollow leg padding. The legs separate just below the knee with a zipper. The head is all foam with 12v fans in the ears that exhaust hot hair. The rust fur is a custom run by Fursuitsupplies.com.
Snickers is currently owned by Dragon Soup’s partner. Snickers and Sassafras are often seen together at furry conventions.
Sassafras is an original design and character by Dragon Soup. The bodysuit was created in 2013, but the head and feet were re made in 2016. The legs separate just under the knee using zippers. The thigh padding is two large teardrop shaped spandex pillows filled with polyester fiber filling. The brown fur is Teddy in Kodiak from CR’s Crafts.
Sassafras is currently owned by Dragon Soup. She is often seen hanging around Snickers.
This set of head, gloves and a tail is an original design by Dragon Soup. This was their first attempt at skinning a foam head with a material other than faux fur. The skin is green milliskin that is quilted to fusible fleece interfacing. The bumps were added using polyfil between the fabric layers. The lines were machine stitched in. The markings on the tail are painted on.
This set sold at Biggest Little Fur Con in 2017.
Zoe is a client designed character. Set includes a head, hands, arm sleeves, tail and feet. The eyes were 3D printed in PLA. The nose has open nostrils with a small fan mounted behind it. Zoe was completed in 2018.
Sallos is a client designed green iguana character. He is made out of spandex, foam, and 3D printed pieces. His head was designed at 1/4 scale and built in 1/2” upholstery foam. His eyes are 3D printed and swap out using magnets to change the expression. His tail is articulating with a PVC skeleton inside. His outsoles were created using a custom mold and cast in tough urethane rubber.
Sallos’ head and tail were completed in 2018 and his feet and hands completed in 2019.
